What it unlocks

What you actually get

Messages leave from your own domain and land in the thread your prospect already knows. Replies come back to the inbox your team lives in — there is no separate console to check, and no shared sending IP putting your domain next to someone else's campaign.

We run it. Live today.

How it runs

The flow, end to end

  1. We authenticate your mailbox and check SPF, DKIM and DMARC before a single send.
  2. Volume ramps on a schedule instead of starting at full speed.
  3. Each message goes out as a real thread from your address.
  4. A reply is detected and the sequence stops — no follow-up lands after a human answered.

Capabilities

What we can do with it

Send

Every message leaves from your address, as a real thread.

  • Send from your own domain and mailbox
  • Threaded replies, not new messages each time
  • Volume ramped on a schedule
  • Signature and unsubscribe handled

Listen

We watch only the threads we started, to know when to stop.

  • Detect the reply and stop the sequence
  • Catch bounces and suppress the address
  • Read thread state to avoid double-sending
In practice

Flows we actually run

Not what the API could theoretically do — what the motion does with it, end to end, while you are doing something else.

1

Warm a domain before it sends at volume

TriggerA new sending domain or mailbox comes online
  1. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked before a single message goes out.
  2. Volume starts low and ramps on a schedule instead of at full speed.
  3. Bounce and complaint rates are watched; the ramp pauses if either moves.
  4. Only then does the mailbox carry campaign volume.
ResultThe domain that carries your name for the next five years does not get burned in week one.
2

Stop the moment a human answers

TriggerA prospect replies to a sequenced message
  1. The reply is detected on the thread, not on a tracking pixel.
  2. The remaining follow-ups are cancelled immediately.
  3. The reply is classified and routed to whoever owns the account.
  4. The exchange is written back to the CRM against the same company.
ResultNobody gets a 'just following up' after they already answered — the single most common way outbound burns goodwill.
Technical detail

Objects, direction and honest limits

Objects touchedMessages, threads, labels and bounce events — scoped to the campaigns we run
Direction↔ Out: the message. In: replies, bounces and thread state, so follow-ups stop the moment a human answers.

Questions

Frequent questions

Why send from our mailbox instead of your platform?

Because the reply has to land where your team already works, and because a shared sending IP puts your domain's reputation next to someone else's campaign. Your domain, your thread, your inbox.

What access do you need?

Send and read scoped to the campaigns we run — enough to send the message and detect the reply so follow-ups stop. We do not read unrelated mail, and access is revocable from your Workspace admin.

What happens to deliverability if we stop?

Nothing breaks. The domain, the mailboxes and their warm-up history are yours and stay yours. There is no platform to migrate off because there was never one in the middle.
