What it unlocks

What you actually get

Every positive reply lands in HubSpot as a deal, with the full thread attached and the owner already assigned. Your reps open their pipeline in the morning and the context is there — nobody copies anything by hand, and nothing lives in a spreadsheet we own.

We run it. Live today.

How it runs

The flow, end to end

  1. A signal fires on a target account (a new hire, a funding round, a post).
  2. We research the company, write a unique message and send it from your mailbox.
  3. The prospect replies. The reply is classified — interested, not now, not a fit.
  4. An interested reply creates a deal in HubSpot with the thread, the signal and the owner.
  5. Your rep takes the meeting. Everything after that is theirs.

Capabilities

What we can do with it

Read

We mirror your CRM so the motion knows what you already know.

  • Companies, contacts and deals
  • Email and call engagements
  • Notes and tasks
  • Owners and associations
  • Lifecycle stage and deal stage

Watch

Your CRM becomes a signal source: rules describe the accounts worth acting on, and matches enter the motion on their own.

  • Find companies matching a rule you describe
  • Watch for a field changing, or failing to change
  • Trigger on time passing — days since last touch
  • Re-check on a schedule, not on someone remembering

Write back

Everything the motion learns lands in your CRM, in the objects you already use.

  • Create and update companies and contacts
  • Create deals and move their stage
  • Log every email and reply as an engagement
  • Assign an owner
  • Fill in fields we verified
  • Create follow-up tasks
In practice

Flows we actually run

Not what the API could theoretically do — what the motion does with it, end to end, while you are doing something else.

1

Wake up the accounts nobody touched

TriggerA company has had no contact in 45+ days and no owner assigned
  1. A rule watches your CRM for companies past the threshold with no owner and no recent activity.
  2. For each match we assemble a relationship brief: the single most substantive past interaction, the last touch, and how the previous deal died.
  3. A fresh external signal is added — the reason to write now, separate from the reason it is legitimate.
  4. The email is written off both halves and sent from your mailbox.
  5. The reply creates a deal, assigns the owner, and the whole thread is attached.
ResultAccounts that were quietly rotting in the CRM come back as conversations, with the history already read.
2

An external signal becomes a deal

TriggerA target account hires for a role you sell to, raises, or posts about the problem
  1. The signal fires and is attached to the company record.
  2. We research the company and write a message that references the actual event, by name and date.
  3. It sends from your mailbox as a real thread.
  4. The reply is classified — interested, not now, not a fit.
  5. An interested reply becomes a deal with the owner already assigned.
ResultYour reps open their pipeline and the context is there. Nobody copies anything by hand.
3

Keep the record clean without anyone doing data entry

TriggerA company or contact is missing fields, or the fields it has went stale
  1. Records missing the fields your team filters on are identified.
  2. The gaps are filled from verified sources — never guessed, never invented.
  3. What we could not verify stays empty rather than being filled with something plausible.
  4. The write is additive: we update and create, we never delete.
ResultThe segments your team builds actually return the accounts they should, because the fields they filter on are populated.

Objects, direction and honest limits

Objects touchedCompanies · Contacts · Deals · Engagements · Notes · Tasks · Owners · Associations
Direction↔ Out: companies, contacts, deals, email activity and reply outcomes. In: owner assignment, deal stage, and your do-not-contact list — which we honour before sending, not after.

Questions

Frequent questions

Do you need admin access to our HubSpot?

We need a private app token scoped to the objects we write — companies, contacts, deals and engagements. Not a full admin seat. You can revoke it at any time and everything we wrote stays yours.

Will this create duplicate records?

No. We match on domain and email against what already exists before writing, and we never delete. If a company is already in your CRM, we attach to it rather than creating a second one.

Does our do-not-contact list get respected?

Yes, and before sending rather than after. Your suppression list is read from HubSpot on every run, so a contact your team marked off-limits never enters a sequence.
