What it unlocks

What you actually get

In Mexico and most of LatAm a WhatsApp message gets opened and email often does not. The conversation stays on your number, and what happens in it is written back to your CRM like any other activity — so the channel does not become a blind spot your managers cannot see.

We run it. Live today.

How it runs

The flow, end to end

  1. A contact qualifies for the channel and their number is verified as reachable.
  2. The message goes out from your business number, written for that contact — not a template blast.
  3. The reply lands with your team, in the app they already use.
  4. The exchange is written back to the CRM against the same company record as the email thread.

  • Number verified as reachable first

Listen

The reply comes back to your team and to the CRM.

  • Detect replies and delivery state
  • Stop the sequence on any reply
  • Write the exchange back to the company record
In practice

Flows we actually run

Not what the API could theoretically do — what the motion does with it, end to end, while you are doing something else.

Reach the buyer email cannot reach

  1. The number is verified as reachable before anything is sent.
  2. One message goes out from your business number, written for that contact off a real signal.

Questions

Frequent questions

Is this bulk messaging?

No, and we will not run it as such. Each message is written for the specific contact off a specific signal, and we only message numbers we could verify. Bulk broadcasting is how a number gets banned.

Whose number does it send from?

Yours. The conversation stays on your business number, so when a prospect replies weeks later it lands where your team can see it — not inside a platform they would have to log into.

How does opt-out work?

On first request, no exceptions and no confirmation loop. The number goes to suppression across every channel we run, not just WhatsApp.
