What it unlocks

What you actually get

A positive reply, a site going down, an article published: it shows up in the channel your team already watches, with enough context to act. The point of an operated service is that you never open a dashboard to learn how it is going.

We run it. Live today.

How it runs

The flow, end to end

  1. Something happens worth your attention — a reply, an incident, a milestone.
  2. It posts to the channel you chose, with the company, the signal and a link to the record.
  3. Your team acts from Slack. No second tool to check.

Capabilities

What we can do with it

Notify

One-way by design: we post, we never read.

  • Positive replies, with the company and the signal
  • Incidents on a site we operate
  • Content and link milestones
  • Routed per channel — sales, ops, marketing
In practice

Flows we actually run

Not what the API could theoretically do — what the motion does with it, end to end, while you are doing something else.

Find out without opening anything

TriggerSomething happens that is worth interrupting for
  1. A positive reply, an incident or a milestone fires.
  2. It posts to the channel you chose, with the company, the signal and a link to the record.
  3. Your team acts from Slack.
  4. Routine progress does not post — that belongs in a report.
ResultYou learn how the motion is going without logging into a dashboard, which is the entire point of an operated service.

Questions

Frequent questions

Can you read our Slack messages?

No. The integration is one-way by design: we post, we do not read. There is no scope in our app that would let us see your conversations.

Will this flood a channel?

Only things worth interrupting for get posted — a positive reply, an incident, a milestone. Routine progress belongs in a report, not a notification, and we treat the difference as a design decision rather than a setting you have to fix later.

Can different alerts go to different channels?

Yes. Replies to sales, incidents to whoever owns the site, content milestones to marketing. It is set once during onboarding.
